Black and white portrait of Jessica Pirkey, ND, naturopathic doctor and integrative medicine provider.

About Me

I'm Jessica Pirkey, ND, a naturopathic physician with years of experience in primary care and a deep appreciation for the relationship between medical science, lifestyle, and the individual experience of health.

I earned my doctorate in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University and completed postgraduate residency training in family medicine. My clinical experience has shaped an approach that is thorough, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-informed care.

I believe good medicine begins with listening. My goal is to help patients feel heard, better understand their health, and have a trusted partner in making thoughtful decisions about their care.

Working Together

I believe the best care is built on trust, collaboration, and continuity.

Our visits offer time to explore your concerns, understand the bigger picture, and develop a thoughtful plan that reflects your health needs, goals, and everyday life.

Whether you're seeking support for a longstanding concern or taking a more proactive approach to your health, my goal is to be a trusted partner in your care.

Areas of Focus

My clinical interests include:

  • Digestive & Metabolic Health — Digestive concerns, blood sugar regulation, and metabolic wellness.

  • Women's Health & Hormonal Changes — Menstrual health, perimenopause, menopause, and hormonal concerns.

  • Chronic Symptoms & Complex Health Concerns — Fatigue, persistent symptoms, and navigating multiple diagnoses.

  • Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine — Individualized nutrition, sustainable habits, and preventive care.

  • Stress & Nervous System Health — Understanding the relationship between stress, sleep, and physical well-being.

I offer individualized naturopathic and integrative medical care through virtual appointments for patients in Vermont and New Hampshire.

My Approach

I practice naturopathic medicine with a foundation in clinical science and a recognition that health is influenced by far more than symptoms or lab results alone.

My approach is collaborative, evidence-informed, and focused on understanding the factors contributing to your health concerns. I integrate conventional medical evaluation with nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and individualized treatment strategies, always considering your preferences, circumstances, and goals.

I believe in addressing underlying contributors to illness while also helping you feel better in the present.
